Itinerary

Day 01 Islamabad
We will have ample time for sightseeing and shopping in colorful old bazaars of Rawalpindi and new markets of Islamabad. We may also drive to the huge modern Faisal Mosque in Islamabad. (LD)

Chilas
Departure for Chilas, driving on Karakoram Highway along River Indus overnight at hotel (BLD)

Day 03 Karimabad
Drive to Gilgit and later proceed to Hunza, superb views of Nanga Parbat & Rakaposhi, en route overnight hotel (BLD)

Day 04 Karimabad
Full day in Karimabad visit Baltit fort, Hoper Glacier (BLD)

Day 05 Gulmit/Khunjerab pass
Excursion to Khunjerab Pass, the highest point on Karakoram Highway en-route we will stop at some small villages overnight Gulmit (BLD)

Day 06 Gulmit/Hike
Hike through Ghulkin glacier, to Borith lake return to Gulmit tonight you will be invited to a local family dinner (BLD).

Day 07 Skardu
Depart for Skardu, driving through narrow gorge of River Indus overnight at hotel (BLD).

Day 08 Skardu/Shiger valley
Day excursion to Shiger Valley known for its old forts and other building (BLD)

Day 09 Deosai Plains
Morning visit Khorpocho Fort and later drive to Deosai Plains via Satpara Lake overnight in Camp (BLD).

Day 10 Rama Lake
Drive to Rama Lake in Astore region overnight in camp or guest house (BLD).

Day 11 Fairy Meadow
Early departure for Tato and hike to Fairy Meadows overnight in Huts (BLD)

Day 12 Fairy Meadows
Day free or optional hike up to the bayal camp of Nanga Parbat (BLD)

Day 13 Chilas
Free morning at Fairy Meadows, later walk down to Tato & drive to Chilas overnight hotel (BLD)

Day 14 Naran
Depart for Naran crossing Babusar pass, overnight hotel (BLD)

Day 15 Naran
Excursion to Lake Saif-ul-Muluk at 3200 meters. Return to Naran for overnight (BLD).

Day 16 Shogran
Drive to Seri Paya Plateau, via later transfer to Shogran (BLD)

Day 17 Islamabad
Drive to Rawalpindi/Islamabad via Balakot & Abbottabad. (BLD)

Day 18 End of the trip
Tour will end with airport transfer (B)
