Itinerary

Day 01- Arrival in Urumqi
On arrival at Urumqi airport, transfer to the hotel.

Day 02- Flight to Kashgar
Morning visit to Urumqi museum and Erdaqiao market. Later flight to Kashgar. (B-L-D)

Day 03- Kashgar Sunday market
Full day sightseeing of Kashgar including visiting the famous Sunday market, Eid Ga mosque and Appak Khoja tomb. (B-L-D)

Day 04- Tashkurgan
Today we will drive on the famous Karakorum highway to Tashkurgan. On the way, we stop at the Karakul Lake for a stunning view of Mustaghata Mountain. (B,L,D)

Day 05- Gulmit (Hunza)
After immigration formalities, we drive via Khunjerab pass (4750m) to Pakistan to the friendly village of Gulmit (B-L-D).

Day 06 Passugar
Drive to Ghulkin village where we start our trek crossing the Ghulkin glacier to Borith Lake (2500m). After lunch, we trek to Passughar (2730m), overnight in camp. (B-L-D)

Day 07 Luzdur
Trek to Luzdur (3-4hrs) 4000m. Traverse the Passu Glacier to Luzdur camp at the base of Patundas meadow. Overnight in camp (B-L-D)

Day 08 Patundas Meadow
Trek to Patundas Pass (4-5hrs) 4500m, to Patundas meadow at the crest of a small hill. This brings you the fascinating view of upper Hunza with views of peaks: Shisper Dastagil Sar, Mohmil Sar, Rakaposhi and many more. Meals & overnight in camp, (B-L-D)

Day 09 Free day at Patundas
Full day to enjoy the stunning view of the surrounding mountains and Batura valley. Optional hike toward the Shisper peak base camp. Meals and overnight camp. (B-L-D)

Day 10 Yunzben
Trek down to Batura glacier. Overnight at camp (B-L-D)

Day 11 Karimabad
Trek down to the Karakorum highway, short dive to Karimabad. Overnight at hotel. (B-L-D)

Day 12 Karimabad
In the morning we visit the ancient Baltit fort, free afternoon to wander around the beautiful town (B-L-D).

Day 13 Karimabad
Half day jeep excursion to Hoper glacier free afternoon leisure at Karimabad (B-L-D)

Day 14 Tashkurgan
Drive to Sost and depart Hunza valley. On arrival at Tashkurgan, meet your guide and transfer to your hotel. (B-L-D)

Day 15 Kashgar
Drive back to Kashgar. Tour ends after lunch. (B-L)
